This 50-minute class is appropriate for middle school and high school aged individuals who are able to focus, follow direction and have control over their bodies. It’s the ideal class for athletes to gain a competitive edge in their sport or inactive teenagers who are eager to build healthy workout habits. Utilizing the Pilates Method, teens will build self-esteem, strong muscles, and coordination in a body that is changing and growing. Our goal is to instill optimum postural habits in young participants. We provide a comfortable environment where proper movement and body alignment is learned. Pricing is $20 per single class or $175 for a package of 10 classes. Garage Pilates’ class packages have no expiration date.
