As a boutique Pilates Studio committed to proper form, safety and personal attention, Garage Pilates prefers to keep our classes on the smaller side with 4 Pilates Reformers and 4 EXO Chairs in studio.
You will be guided through a 50 minute Pilates workout utilizing both classical and contemporary approaches that incorporate the understanding of proper body mechanics. Please note we do not level our classes. Every exercise or series performed starts very basic and slowly builds in difficulty. More experienced clients may choose to try the difficult variations while the newer clients can stick with the more basic variations. These variations and progressions are clearly identified in every class. We want everyone to feel challenged and safe. For added difficulty, Jump Board classes are offered on the Reformer.
